Adding the custom fonts

Hi,

I’m having problem with adding custom font my client is asking for to Entrada and Revolution slider. Could you please help?

Best regards,

Nikola

Hello Nikola,

I am not 100% certain what you need help with, please elaborate further hopefully with screenshot to show the issue and I will be able to help better. If you mean the font issue only with rev slider then, Revolution Slider doesn’t show the custom added fonts and their sizes in the backend. They only show it in frontend as mentioned on their website here on revolution sliders site. However, if you follow that how to, you will be able to see your custom font in frontend as well.

If you mean something else, please clarify as much as possible - and will be glad to help / guide you.

Thank you

Hi,

Thank you for the reply. Problem is that we can’t get the font to show in the list of fonts. We used @font-face - entered the code in style-sheet of entrada child and added css to rev-slider but can’t get our custom font in the list. We can’t get it also in the list of the fonts in any part of the theme (visual composer nor customization tools)

Do you have any instructions on how we could do this?

Hello Nikola,

The fonts added via style sheet will not show in those plugins, because the font is added to the frontend CSS - hence it will show in frontend and not in backend.

Here is the plugin info on how to add fonts and show it: https://www.themepunch.com/faq/use-fonts-google-fonts/ and please read their Important Note part shown in image below:

Thank you

Hi Sanjeev,

Thx. I’ve already did import following that instruction but the font still didn’t show in the list of rev-slider (like it should as shown in the pisture). Anyway, I’ve changed font where needed through custom css.

Thank you
