Bannerimage is not showing

Hello Sanjeev,

i want to great a static-site for Affiliates. But if i create a new one, the layout is not fitting, especially the greay background. I tried everythink i could, but it just won’t look good. So i copied the home-site and removed everythink i don’t need (searchfunction, etc.). Now the Site/background looks good, like the home-site, but the frontend is not showing the banner image :frowning:

Can you please help me out with that issue?

Hello Jan,

Can you please confirm that this is all working on your main site but not on the sub site that you are creating? The easiest way to copy the layout / content is to go to the page, and click on “Classic Editor” and then copy this and paste it into new site, again by switching to classic editor and pasting there.

P.S. please note that the theme is only licensed for single domain so if this is on the same domain / sub domain, you should have no problem copying it. If you want me to look into it, please send your wp-admin access details to both wordpress installs by and I will let you know what may be missing.

yes… i can confirm.

But the trick with the copy+paste i the “Classic Editor” worked out well!

Thanks a lot for your help, next time i have trouble with the layout, i just stick to the “classic-editor-copy-and-paste-tactic”.
