Hello and thank you for the awesome support! It was money well spent!

Most of my questions have been answered from other people’s posts except this:

What I want to do is to change the “Book Now” to “Request Now” and for each activity (product) to have a custom url that will direct them to a specific custom form (from within my website) for each activity. The reason I want to do that is because for example on some activities the number of participants will be needed and on others will not. On other activities we will need to know the hotel the guests stay and on others not. It would be nice if we could provide this level of custom form, because is more professional and because we want to simplify the request procedure.

BUT for some activities i.e. some boat trips we need the “Book Now” so the customer can book immediately without request, exactly as it was intended by your theme .

If there is a workaround for this, please let me know!

Thank you for the feedback - much appreciated.

From what I understand of your query, you can use the “Affiliate Product” type for the tours that require custom URL for those individual / specific tours, and you can also change those button labels to “Request Now” or any custom label. And ofcourse you can create the form with contact form 7.

Please see the screenshot below on where to set these options (right click and open in new window for larger preview):

If you would like to customize this further to your exact specific requirements, you can also use theme customization services like WP Kraken or other freelancing platforms.

I think you just solved all of my problems!!

As a side note, contact form 7 looks very diffycult for me, can I use WPforms?

Or maybe is there a plugin for Contact Form 7 that I can use to customize the forms easily?

Hello Maria, thats really so nice of you. Thank you so much.

As for the wpforms, sure you can use it. Please note that this is not tested with the theme but I would imagine this will work with the theme, although, some elements which uses jcf-select may need css modification.

Please try it and let me know how this goes, and additionally, I will look into integrating this form fully with the theme and perhaps replacing the contact form 7 with wpforms.
