Just few days ago we updated theme . Plugin is up to date also. Moreover in another theme the same plugin works correctly. As i mentioned before we use “Woocommerce booking” plugin . Can you help us with this. We have deadlines and we can’t waste time searching for another solutions (another theme or plugin)

Can you go to our demo site product with wc bookings: https://themes.waituk.com/entrada-modern/product/wc-bookings-demo/
and try to book this product, select “stripe” during chekout and fill in dummy card details which will be shown there. And in the checkout confirmation page, check that it works or not?
From what I have understood so far, it works on our demo site and not on your site - please confirm that first, and if it works on demo site and not on yours, and provide your URL and wp-admin + FTP access and I will test and let you know the cause / solution.

I am really not sure what issue you are facing. Are you saying that when you try to place booking on our demo site link https://themes.waituk.com/entrada-modern/product/wc-bookings-demo/ , you don’t get the confirmation as shown here: https://www.support.waituk.com/hc/user_images/kOKVhUKsckFj3zp4VervUw.jpeg

I found the problem!
When i change language: settings - general from Russian to English
additional fields lost
any updates? can you fix this problem?
