Cannot reduce top margin block with sliding bars

How do I reduce the top margin of this block? I have set columns to equal height but to no avail. See http://prntscr.com/kd8uw2

Hello,

This is 2 column block and will align with the content on the left block (not the heading which is separate row), which is how its shown in your screenshot, and in the demo screenshot below:

You can create your own column / rows using the page builder and put the heading and the content on left in same column.

I wonder if you could share your custom CSS, since I also want to reduce spaces on pages that are created with WP Bakery.
