Comments/Review submission form doesn't seem to be working

Hi Sanjeev

I’ve been testing leaving a comment in the reviews section on the product page. It doesn’t appear to be working.

The child theme does have a content-single-product.php file so nervous to upload the file you had saved on a previous post for over riding changes I’ve made.

Also, is the name and email compulsory? Can this be made mandatory if it is? Sometimes people like to remain anonymous.

Hello Jane,

Apologies for late response. I checked this and you simply just need to update your theme to latest version to resolve this. Also, this is specific to a file, content-single-product.php so if you have this in your child theme, and you have customized this file, then you can port your changes over to new file that you can copy from original theme folder wp-content >> themes >> entrada >> woocommerce >> content-single-product.php You can use https://www.diffchecker.com to compare file and port your changes over.

Hi Sanjeev

The only difference apart from the the lines of code I’ve removed is this line which reads

in the Entrada theme rather than col-md-6, in the child theme. I’d removed the code relating to the q&a, could this be what is causing the problem with completing the review form?

I’ve updated to the most recent version of entrada, but the reviews are still not working, can you please help me? Thank you
