Hello,
I enabled Custom Badges, and added a „Custom Badge Image 1” in the Recommended size 55px * 55px.
On the product page in the section “Product Custom Badges”, I checked Custom Babge1. But the badge is not displayed.

I have just tested this and it is showing fine. Can you please try with 40 X 40 instead of 55?
Please let me know if you still face issue, or if this works with 40, in which case I will update the information in customizer- thank you.
