I would like to create some custom content with the same layout that I see here:
but I see that this is a “post grid” content that shows the tours.
Is it possible to create a row with the same layout?

Hello @edolmen This is a featured tour block, the theme doesn’t have this for custom content. You can create image/text types of block using the WPBakery page builder. I will also look into adding this in future theme update. Thank you.
