Customize option not appearing____

Hi

I am over a week trying to get support on this issue. PLEASE HELP!!

Please see attached a screenshot of the problem. When I click on Appearance -> Customise, all I see is widgets. All the other customise options do not appear. I disabled every plugin one by one and it made no difference. The site is camoinoyourway.com

Please advise as this is now an urgent issue?

Hello Ray, apologies for late response during holidays, which we are on until 2nd January. In the meantime, can you please send your wp-admin access via so that I can check this for you. If you already have done so, it will be responded to by 2nd January. Thank you.
