Hello, I have followed the installation guide bit by bit two times but a majority of the images seem to be imported correctly.
If have checked in the upload directory and this is how these images have been imported. Please can you help?

As shown in your screenshot - the images are imported fine - all images are replaced with place holder images for all users because they are licensed only for our own domain and you need to purchase your own license for the images. But mostly, the theme users replace the place holder images with their own custom images.
