Theme, child theme and plugins installation successful following doc
Then I am not able to automatically or manually import theme demo, I tried to disable firewall as mentioned in one support post, but still get this error.
I am using php7 + php-fpm + fastcgi on a vps and I am not locating any related error in nginx error log or php-fpm log
Can you help me ?

Our demo has the same config on nginx server with digital ocean. Please along with your wp-admin and FTP access details so that I can test it and let you know what maybe causing this issue on your specific install.

Don’t know what was happening, I reinstalled on fresh server and everything went well !
Only difference what release version of db server …
