Error during Installation of Required Plugins

Hi,

We are getting issues when we tried to install all the plugins required. We need to install again the theme because we can’t make login to our website as a normal user. So, the error message is:

Installing Plugin Entrada Post Type (1/1)

Downloading installation package from https://waituk.nyc3.digitaloceanspaces.com/ocdi/extensions/entrada-379/entrada-post-type.zip…

An error occurred while installing Entrada Post Type: Download failed. Forbidden.

All installations have been completed.

Hello @Allin2020 the URL shows that you are trying to upload the entrada 379 plugin, whereas we are on Entrada 437. This would only happen if you have older version of the theme, and/or modified the core theme functions fils.

If incase you only need to install this particular plugin, then download the latest version of the theme from themeforest and inside the entrada-package, there is another folder called extensions, where you will find zip folder of the plugins, and you can install from there by uploading the zip file.

This is the error msg that is created. When I can find the latest version of these plugin on themeforest website? We are trying to re-install entrada for 4 days and we are always facing this issue.

Hi, why are you installing the old version of the theme (VERSION 379) ? That version is not available since that is not compatible with latest version of the WordPress. Download and install Entrada version 437. You can find latest theme and plugins as shown here

We solve the problem! But we are getting the same issue, we can’t make the login on this page (see image). However, we can register a new user

. And when we click on the login button the information is going to the tab bar.
