Hello rusdiaman,

We are aware of this and the fix will be released with theme update by this weekend. In the mean time, can you please check if you are using PHP Version 7.2, if so, please switch to PHP version 7.1 and let me know if this is resolved. Either way, this will be fully tested and theme updated to address this issue by this weekend.

Thank you

Hi,

Thank you for quick response.

Do i have to change it to version 7.1?

We hope the theme update will be issued soon.

Thank you/

Hello there,

No, you shouldn’t have to change the PHP version, and it should work without showing warning on both 7.0 and 7.1

Edit I have been able to replicate exact same issue on my test server and looking into it right now. Will update you asap.

Thank you

Hi,

Thank you for your response.

Well noted.

For your information, I have sent wp-admin access to email support@waituk.com. maybe you still need it.

Thank you for your help.

Thank you for your patience. After all, it appears that you imported the demo data with One click Demo Import, however, you seem to have missed steps in docs for taxonomy data and gallery data. Please see: https://support.waituk.com/docs/entrada/#section-02-a and follow the instructions next to “Taxonomy Data” and “Gallery Data”.

I am waiting for your reply after you have followed the mentioned two steps.

Thank you

Hi,

I’ve tried what you say, but the results still appear the same error.
below is the screenshoot
image
you can check it directly from my website administrator’s page.

Please help us.
thank you for your support.

Hello,

This error is shown on your categories that you added, not on default categories that you imported with theme, for e.g.: https://www.talazatours.com/product-category/beach/ doesn’t show this error. Nor does any other default categories… However, if you go to your category page in backend that you added, you will notice that this error is actually inserted in the fields, which is whats showing in frontent.

Screenshot below is what you have in your backend for this page: https://www.talazatours.com/product-category/paket-umrah/

Remove the text or replace with custom text in all these fields with actual content instead of error that you currently have and retry.

Waiting for your response and am here if you still need further help from me.

Thank you

Hi,

Oh God, I didn’t check that.
I have deleted it and the error has not appeared again.

Problem solved.

Thank you so much for your help.
