How can I change both the color and hover color of the title in the Featured Block element? I would like to make the title start off as a different color than the description.

Hello,
All the typography and title colors can be edited by going to Appearance >> Customise >> Typography and then selecting your heading level, e.g. Heading h2 for section level titles.
