What is the best size to use for featured image for blog post to make it look sharp when it’s in this default style, stretching across the blog area with a sidebar;
As you can see the image is a bit blurry. I have tried uploading it at 3 different sizes, each with high level compression and they all look a bit blurry. thanks for any help.

The optimal image size is 870x580. You can see an example of our blog here:

I think yours is 870x480. Please let me know if this help of if i can help further.

Actually, width/height will be proportionally adjusted. So as long as the width is 870, the image will not be blurred. You can check the original image you upload and the image shown in blog by right clicking the image and “Open image in new tab”. Thx.
