I am using the WP Bakery Builder with Entrada and when I click the button on the backend editor to go to Front End Editor all I get is a blank white screen. This has been the case since I installed the theme about 5 months ago.
Are we not allowed to use the front end editor for some reason?

Hello Karen, a lot of the users of the theme are using frontend editor of WPBakery, including myself at times. So the theme doesn’t have issue with it, but would be rather your specific settings. Here is a step by step guide to check what may be causing this:
As mentioned in the post above, if you still face the issue after following the steps, leave the plugins deactivated and get in touch with us, and we will check this for you further.

I tried all the things suggested in this article and it did not help. I even tried activating the main Entrada theme and not the child one.
I’ll contact you soon with info in case you are able to look into it further for me.

Hello Karen, can you go to plugins >> add new >> then search for “Classic editor” without quotes and install and activate the Callasic editor plugin and try editing your page with WPBakery Frontend again. Let me know how this goes and if the issue persists, please email me your wp credentials.
