Hi,
when i create a menu with menu-grid css and add a submenu the whole menu goes for the toss.
I have used your support documentation and did copy paste the css you have provided but the issue still stands there.

Can you please share the screenshot of “menu-grid css” that you are referring to? Also, if it is activities / destination type menu, then please follow this post: Activities / destination type menu

menu is of activities type and i m not able to get it done

but still the menu is not getting sorted
Hello, I have tested this just now again on latest version and it is working as expected. Alno, no other user is having this issue with latest version of the theme, so - please create a private ticket with your WP Admin username / password and also the FTP details and I will check this for you and let you know what you may be missing.

Thank you for sending in the wp access. Everything was fine - EXCEPT you only had 1 item whereas the “Activity” type menu needs atleast 4 items. I added them and now its showing exactly like in our demo. As mentioned in the articles - these are 4 col menus, so you need atleast 4 items, however, you can also have 8 items in 2 rows simply by adding 8 items.

That is a four col menu and you will need to provide 4 items for that. You can use drop down menu for general menu type without images.
