is it right that i could only add grids with the wp bakery?
is there any possibility to add grids to a category or a product site?

Yes, the theme uses WPBakery Page Builder for grids and columns for pages. If you want to customize the grids in the category pages or the default theme templates, you will need to customize the template files through code. All entrada template files are inside entrada >> entrada_templates folder that you will need to customize to your specific grid system.
