we have 2 different header height on our product pages.
where and how can I correct this? I need the less height one.

The screenshots you have shared are for two versions, one for sticky header and another for non sticky header. As you can see in your screenshot, the second one is when the page is scrolled, initialising the sticky header, which is the expected behaviour of the theme. Ty.

Thank you for your answer. The height difference between non sticky and sticky header is approximately 15 - 25px. I would like to reduce the height of the non sticky header to that of the sticky header.
Could you give me a hint which .navbar-header css class I have to use for this?
