It is soooo ugly!
How can I fix it? I thought to go into one of the .php files but I have no clue which one to choose!

If you are referring to the “category” then they should be displayed with styles like: https://themes.waituk.com/entrada-modern/product-category/mountain/
There are archives which are just to list the archive tags like holiday types, e.g. https://themes.waituk.com/entrada-modern/holiday-type/jungle/ and these do not have banners etc like you have indicated. They are archive pages hence just display the product list, the “category” pages should instead be used for the display of products.
I have added this to feature request and we will look into adding banners etc. to these as well, if feasible and there are enough requests, and include it with future theme update.

I don’t want to add any banner or text to the page. My issue concerne the style of the Holiday Type pages that used to have a title and a subtitle with a specific style, with center alignment and now instead they appear as the following screenshot
I repeat, they used to be with a main heading and a subtitle and now i have only this
