Home page destination filter redirect to destination page instead search result page

Hi,

I would like to make the home page filter redirect to destination page instead of search result page.

Example:

If i choose Australia from the drop-down and click find tour, i want it redirect to Australia page but no search result page.

My Idea is to change the redirect url from,

https://cacago.asia/cacago/find/tours/?destination=asia

to

https://cacago.asia/cacago/destination/asia

after i select ‘Asia’ From Dropdown and clicked the search button.
