Because some reason I deleted destimonial from the Menu.

How can I add Testimonial to the memu again ?

Do you mean testimonial or destinations? Can you please go to our demo https://themes.waituk.com/entrada-modern and share the screenshot of the function you want to readd?

If you mean testmonials, you can just use the appearance >> menus to add new menus.
