Icons not showing correctly in Chrome

Hi Sanjeev

My client has requested his site go live, so it was made live earlier today. The problem I have is that the test url looks fine in Chrome and Safari (I haven’t tested on other browsers). The actual url looks fine in Safari, but not in Chrome. The icons are all showing as squares.

I don’t understand why the test site displays ok, but the actual site doesn’t (but does in Safari)? Frustrating, any ideas?

Hello Jane,

I have just tested this on your website URL that you had provided previously and it is showing fine on chrome. Also, our own demo is also showing icons properly on chrome. So, can you please check if you have any different settings or additional plugin on your new site?

Hi Sanjeev,

Yes, I know it works fine on Chrome with the previous url, it’s the actual url that points to this url which doesn’t present the icons. It works fine on Safari. The settings and plugins on both are identical.
