Can you please root out the plugins as a cause? Please go to plugins and then deactivate all third party plugins other than the onces included with theme, and retry. Also, please deactivate WooCommerce Blocks as well. After that, if you still see this issue, along with your URL and wp-admin access and I will look into it for you.
