Hi Sanjeev,

I have started a 2nd project (with 2nd license), this time however I am installing Entrada on a multisite subdirectory network site. I am working on making an exact copy of my current single site: https://enroutetravelcanada.com/. New multisite install will be on ertcu.com/canada.
I am running into a few issues, and i would like to ask for your support.
On my old site, the mega menu (Categories tab) is displaying correctly, images and header only.
On my new site (Experiences tab), it is now also displaying the Description text. Can you please help me removing the Description text?

Hello and hope you are doing well. And thank you for purchasing the 2nd license for multisite, however, this is not showing as extended license. Can you please double check on Envato that you have copied the extended license purchase code. You can message us the purchase code at support@waituk.com or via our Envato market profile page.

On the ticket itself, I have solved this issue by creating custom links in the menu, instead of the page links I had before. I kept the description in the custom link blank, and only the header showed in the mega menu.

On the license comments, I have sent you emails to your support address. I also sent you an email from Envato Market, saying that as long as I distribute my end product for free and do not sell or monetize it, a regular license suffices. Envato also said that I need one license for each site that uses the theme, which I have. Lastly, Envato does not have a multisite specific license type to span across all sites.

Glad to hear that, and if you Envato says so about the license then it’s fine. As for the support , we definitely will not support multisite instances, its just not feasible. As long as the theme working with multisite, it works flawlessly, because our own demo is on multisite with sub0directory install. But once again, we will not support any multisite install, but you are welcome to use it as per Envato licenses.
