Missing date picker

somehow, we are facing with no date picker issue, just as here:

Hello Spletster,

I am looking into it now and will get back to you within a couple of days at most with cause / solution. It appears that we may need to replace the cart.php file, either way, I will get back with best solution for anyone facing this issue.
