Missing Image at the guides part and can't use the image size from the docs.____

Hello i was installing the theme and all was fine but when i upload the gallery and tested the site I noticed there was a missing image at guides part, and it change with different browsers, here is the video where i tested in chrome, torch, safari and mozilla.

The second issue i have is when i was trying to set the image dimensions in woocomerce i find that the menu i got is different from the docs. Also Woocomerce shows me a message of outdate woocomerce templates, there is a problem about that?

How can i set the image size? Could you help me please.

Hello,

I can not see the youtube video as the link you provided isnt working.

As for the guide images, you can add them by going to Guides tab in backend and setting it under Featured image.

The woocommerce recently updated their tabs and moved it to customizer hence you are seeing the difference. We will be updating our theme this month along with docs to address this. But features / function wise, you will notice no difference in this behaviour.

Also, to set the image size, please set that to custom instead of 1:1 that you currently have and then regenerate thumbnails.

Thank you for your answer, yep i was doing all the other configurations and it works really well, i just didn’t do the regenerating thumb, because of that.

After set to custom, what do i put there, is set as 16:9, is that ok?
