Hi!
After I turn a product into variable product, the product suddenly turns into out of stock.
What also happens is that there´s no “variations” option when is a simple or variable product. I can only see and edit overview, itinerary, accomodation, FAQs, gallery and addons, so I can´t edit any date&price.
What can I do?

When you switch the product type, WC sets it to out of stock. You can change it to in-stock simply by clicking on the dropdown and selecting instock as shown in image below.
Please see the image below where it says variations on the left and let me know if you are not seeing that? Please remember that this would ONLY be available on products that are set to VARIABLE PRODUCT and no other product types.
You can change the dates and prices as shown in the image below.

Thanks for your help. I wasn´t checking well the variable option and the variation option was closed instead of being expanded.
I have tried different atributes and variations and works fine
