I’m using this theme on two different websites and the mobile menu is no longer working in Safari on either site (it is working sometimes on Chrome). One is hosted with GoDaddy and the other is with WP Engine. They are on the latest version of Wordpress 5.7 and the latest version of the theme 4.3.7.

I have tested the URL you provided on Safari and iOS/iPhone and it is working normally as expected. Can you please refresh, clear cache and retry, else recode the screen showing the problem and I will look into it for you further.
Also, since you are using the theme on multiple site, can you please provide your purchase code for other sites so that we can add it to your support account.
