Mobile menu not working - template updated

We have a problem with the mobile menu not working. According to our information, the latest version of the template is installed.

I now had to use a workaround plugin to get a second mobile menu but i want the original coming with your template

Please help

Hello, you are not using the latest version of the theme. You are using version 4.1.7 where as the current latest version of the theme is 4.3.7

Please follow this post and update your theme and plugins to resolve it:
