Multilingual site (using WPML) showing 2 separate language switchers

Hi Sanjeev,

I’m happily using WPML with the theme. But I have one issue: there are two language switchers in the top menu. One is generated by WPML (a ‘flag’ switcher), and then there’s is an additional ‘text’ language switcher on the far right.I would like to get rid of this one.

I wrongly assumed this was generated by WPML and have been in touch with them. They said the text one was generated by the theme. Can you give me a pointer where I can disable this one?

Hello Stone,

The WPML has options to select the default WPML and/or theme language switcher. If you have both, you can adjust setting within WPML language switcher options, if you need further help, please and provide wp-admin access in the private ticket and I will look into it for you.
