Can I ask is it possible to add another page to the “My account” section of the website ? I just need to add another part to it ?

I am not entirely certain I understand you when you say “add another page to the “My account” section” Since “My account” is a dynamically generated page to show login for not logged in users, and to show the user functions like "Dashboard, Orders"etc. for logged in users. This is handled by WooCommerce plugin for logged in users, so you will need to customize the plugin files via child theme. You really should test it on local/staging server before making these chaneges to your live site as this can break your site and may log you out as well.
If you mean something else, please clarify, hopefully with screenshots.
