You can select the logo font color, if you are using text logo, in header >> logo >> font color as shown in the screenshot below:
As for the removing gap above the navbar, is that appearing in the frontend while logged in as administrator or even when logged out? Please provide your Entrada theme version and also URL so that I can check / replicate this and help further.
