"New Account" email not sent

Hello Sanjeev,

we have the issue that there’s no email sent when a new account is registered (over register form when clicking on “register” in the top nav bar). As I understood you only use the woocommerce registration process. The email is activated in woocommerce settings and all other emails (order confirmations, reminders for bookings, etc.) are sent normally.

I’m wondering if that’s a problem somewhere in entrada, our setup or woocommerce. Maybe you can help us on this.

Can you please go to Woocommerce >> Status and check what it says under “Remote Post” and “Remote Get” Please share screenshot of what those settings say, I have added a screenshot for example:

I tried different things to locate the issue, but we’re still struggling. We turned Debug mode to look for errors when the mail should be sent, there’s no error. So we also installed WP Mail logging to see if the email pops up here but there’s also nothing showing up.

Is it maybe supposed to work like this in Entrada? And if so, is there a way to bring the welcome mail back?
