Plugins not installing, demo not importing

Hello guys,
Tigran was here. Yesterday i buy your theme, Entrada, and start to build a website.
But this plugins not installing -

Entrada Post Type, Entrada VC Addons, Entrada WC Taxonomy, WPBakery Page Builder, Slider Revolution.

getting this error:

An error occurred while installing Entrada Post Type: Download failed. Forbidden.

How to be? What kind of info you need for checking.
Trying to install it on amistadtour.com

Hello @unixanet You are using old version of the theme (3.7.9). Please download the latest version 4.4.7 from ThemeForest and reinstall the theme. This will resolve the plugin installation.

Thank you for your reply.
Its strange but i download that version from themforest, however, i just replace, and current version is not last version.

But when iam trying to import demo, automatically its not importing, getting error, in manuallly mode writing that all is done, but as an fact demo not imported - https://www.amistadtour.com/

Iam trying to import - modern demo.

I just add demo user with admin rights, pls check it

I just try to install one more time. I think its done, but i just get this errors

[WARNING] Failed to import action-group wc_update_product_lookup_tables
[WARNING] Failed to import action-group woocommerce-db-updates

Also please tell me, in reviews how can i put STARS?
Right now in our Admin panel there is no choice to puts stars for review…

any news?

This post you created is about “Plugins not installing, demo not importing”.

  1. The error you were getting is because you were uploading the older version of the theme. on your ThemeForest account, please use “All files and documentation” link to download the package along with child themes and other assets. Also, this will ensure you are downloading the latest version of the theme.

  2. I went to your site and checked, and you are now using the latest version of the theme: Version: 4.4.7

  3. Also, the plugins that you were having difficulty installing, is working on your site now.

  4. As for the warnings:
    [WARNING] Failed to import action-group wc_update_product_lookup_tables
    [WARNING] Failed to import action-group woocommerce-db-updates

This is expected to happen if you set up the theme and plugins and import demo content, before you setup the woocommerce steps required by woocommerce. However, this does not make any difference, when you set the woocommerce steps later, this will automatically resolve and update the wc db tables. So you can ignore this wwarning.

For other queries, not related to this plugin installation, please create a separate and individual post specific to one query, and I will look into it and respond as soon as I can.
