is there any way to force customer to choose a day during checkout?
For now, it’s possible to do it without a date, even if there is date picker (also in demos).

The one with date picker during checkout is for “preferred” tour start date for customers to chose from, hence those are not mandatory. There are also tours created as varriable products, which has specific dates that customers must chose from before proceeding to checkout, as shown here: https://themes.waituk.com/entrada-modern/product/city-tours-in-europe/
Also, the theme is compatible with WooCommerce Bookings plugin which can be used to create tours that must provide dates and time etc…
