How can i show Product Carousel with tags icons?

Hello,
The product carousels have countries and activities icons by default and if thats what you are missing, please share a screenshot or send URL so that I can look into it for you. If you mean adding tags of other areas, then you will need to customize the code, please use child theme for customizing the code at your end.

Thank you for screenshot, I notice the countries icon are not showing, can you please go to product and ensure that you have those selected, and it will show up along with the countries icon.
