Hello,

I am sorry to ask again an answered question but I am a bit confused abut the sizes.

So I will write them down here and you can tell me if I am right or wrong:

Main Tour Image (product): 1450 X 960

Gallery Image: 800 X 533

Gallery Thumbnails: 170 X 165

Tour Guides: 370 x 450

Inner Page Banners: 1920 X 750

Blog Images: 850 x 560

Customizer settings:

And when we upload some images we go to: Tools -> Regenerate Thumbnails -> Regenerate Thumbnails For All…

Is the above the correct method?

Hello Maria,

Yes, this is the correct method, and you only need to “Regenerate Thumbnails” if you are changing the image sizes in customizer, once you have set it and saved, it will be auto cropped so you don’t need to do that each time you add images.

Also, please note that the images are cropped and are made responsive during rendering of image depending on the device - so the aspect ratio will be maintained but depending on devices, you may see the edges of images cropped to fit in the split view.
