In my products it does not appear the section product when you can update the duration, number of people that can join the tour…
If you look at the screenshot you will see it does not appear
Also in the second screenshot I have this errors that in the configuration of products there are missing tabs and it also says that templates woo commerce need to be updated, i am not sure if is related to the fact i am not seeing product tab

Try going up to the top right and clicking on “Screen Options”
You will get this box - make sure “Product Information” is checked.

As Chris mentioned above, you just need to click on “Screen Options” and tick the check boxes for Products.
As for your second query, you might be looking at the custom tabs which comes first under “Product Details” and you are looking for “Product Data”, if you have checked the boxes in first step, please scroll down and you will see all woo commerce tabs below the custom tabs section as shown below.
As for the woo commerce update, we updated the theme to support major release of woo commerce end of july, and this is a moonier update, which will not affect the theme at all, but we will update the “version” in woocommerce so that the message doesn’t show.
