I recently noticed that when trying to access the page that’s supposed to display all of our tours, the page gets stuck on loading. Any idea on why this might happen? Here is an URL of the page: https://rolandia.eu/tours/

I have tested the URL you provided and its loading fine without any delay , please see the screenshot of the page.
If you are noticing this still on any other page - go to Visual Composer >> Entrada Integration and ensure that “Remove Native Elements” box is unchecked and only “Entrada Integration” checkbox is ticked as shown in the screenshot. And even if its already unchecked, please “Save Changes” again.
If you need more help with this after trying above - please let me know.

I also tried enabling the “Remove Native Elements”, but it clears the whole homepage, so I disabled it. See the screenshot below.

Huge apologies for such late response. 1. I have been working on theme update for compatibility with WP 4.9 and also, I seem to have missed your updates on this post.
I have rechecked your site - and tested it with filters and sort by etc… and its showing the products etc. as normal. Please see attached screenshot.
If you are still facing the issue - please try going to Chrome browser, then CMD+SHIFT+N to open new private window, and then paste the URL https://rolandia.eu/tours/
Please let me know this was solved by you already or if you still see the issue.

No problem. We managed to solve the issue with a developer that helped us implement the theme and make some custom changes. From what I understood, it was an AJAX error.
