can someone tell me how I can, in an easy way, position my logo above my centered menu bar?
I would like the logo to be in 1170px width and height 200px

No, I mean that I want the header area to be unboxed - wide and I want to be able to have my logo 1170x200px in the center and the menu directly under it, also centered
I don’t see that Entrada has the logo style you have mentioned. You can customize the layout using CSS or you could use services like WP Kraken to customize this for you to your specific requirement.
