I want to add a newsletter subscription form created by contact 7. How to add this?
The payment option button is there even I have not added in customization. But I wan to remove it? how to do it?

I have already have subscribe form short code from Contact 7. But when I try to put in footer area it does not work. How to add it ?

When I use same code in other theme it is working.
