I can´t find the way to set up the sidebar on pages

When you are creating a page, on the right you will find a template dropdown from where you can chose available sidebar options as shown in the attached screenshot. Please note that this is available for all custom pages but not dynamically generated pages like activities or destination pages, whereas the dynamic pages has their own sidebars, for example listing pages and you can add / remove sidebars through widgets.
