In some pages the site icon doesn’t show up on the tab in chrome.

I am guessing you have already added the site icon by going to Customize >> Site Identity. However, can you please double check that its 512x512 pixels as mentioned there? The feature is a built in feature of WordPress itself rather than the theme - so this should work without issue unless the image doesnt meet WP guidelines. Please check the image and let me know if you still need my help with that, and provide URL as will for couple of pages where this doesnt show so I can check the favicon.
