When i add a category gallery, it is low to load. Is there a way to make it show right away on the website instead of waiting for the pictures to load?

From what I see in your screenshot, this is coming from a third party plugin which also has its button there, “Follow on Instagram”, and that is probably the cause of your slow connection. Please speak to plugin author of that instagram share plugin and they may be able to help with that.

The pictures come before the button and it takes time to load.
The Instagram button has nothing to do with the gallery, it is separate and it is from your own features.
the gallery comes before the button and it is slow to load. any idea how i can fix that?
