The product detail page has multiple tabs, and you add custom content including contact, for example in overview tab or FAQ’s, you can even rename the tab to “Contact” by going to appearance >> customize >> woocommerce >> tab label settings As for adding the functionality to show how many positions have been filled, this is not built into the theme.
