If you are not able to see native VC elements, it could be that your VC Native Elements are hidden by default.
Please go to Visual Composer >> Entrada Integration and ensure that “Remove Native Elements” box is unchecked and only “Entrada Integration” checkbox is ticked as shown in the screenshot. And even if its already unchecked, please “Save Changes” again.
Now you should be able to see the default elements - however, if you still have problem, please let me know and provide wp-admin access and will look into it for you.
